The annual giving team is in charge of collecting the money and dealing with numerous issues including the rising cost of a college education. One of their biggest events of the year, UKnight Day, is coming up on Thursday, March 24. UKnight Day celebrates the Wartburg community by participating, promoting and providing.
UKnight Day is also a day for students to donate to annual giving. When students donate, they will get a chance at prizes. The annual giving team is hoping for 300 student donations on UKnight Day. More information on UKnight Day will be coming closer to the date.
Senate was also introduced to the new interim vice president for student life, Jim Bies. He is filling the role for the remainder of Winter Term and May Term.
