If you need a quick bite to eat in between classes or a late-night snack, the microwave fiveminute mac and cheese is an ideal choice.
All that is needed is a microwave, choice of pasta, milk, a pinch of salt and pepper, cheese and a mug. Mix half a cup of macaroni noodles or any choice of pasta, half of a cup of water, and a pinch of salt in a microwavable mug. Microwave for two to three minutes and stir.
Once the macaroni is completely cooked, drain out any remaining water. Add in three tablespoons of milk, three-fourths of a cup of sharp cheddar cheese and pepper to taste. Milk and cheese amounts can be altered to make recipe as cheesy as desired.
Microwave for 30 seconds, stir and enjoy.
