The Zesty Orange, Wartburg’s dining option in the WartburgWaverly Sports & Wellness Center (The W), has redecorated with athletic décor.
The Zesty’s staff decided the dining location should represent and reflect the successes of Wartburg athletics.
“We wanted to let the students who participate in all types of athletic sports know that we support them,” Kathy Schunk, the Zesty Orange supervisor, said. The new athletic décor is a great conversation starter, Schunk
said.
The decorations represent Wartburg football, basketball, wrestling, soccer and other teams. The current decorations include helmets, basketball uniforms and soccer equipment.
The Zesty has welcomed and shown support to its employees as well, by creating a display case that includes individual items of the workers. These items help customers get to know the employees better.
The Zesty is open 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m every Monday through Thursday. It is also open 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.
